The exercises used in Geri-Fit are designed to improve flexibility and balance over time.
Please note that this program is suitable for seniors aged 60+, and is a hands-on workshop.
Photographs and videos may be taken of the event.
Please book one ticket for each person attending.
Classes are held every Friday - please arrive at 12:45pm for a 1pm start. Spaces are limited.
