A sustainable and supported future for members – working with members to identify the driving forces of change in the profession, and to develop programmes and services to help them pursue a sustainable career in law; and
A forward-thinking organisation delivering value to members – an engaged, sustainable, and contemporary organisation where Council, Committee members and staff are aligned with the vision and purpose of the organisation.
